Olivia + Artem | Wake County Courthouse elopement photos | Raleigh, North Carolina

When I first met with Olivia and Artem they told me they wanted an untraditional wedding/ elopement. They wanted a tiny ceremony at the Raleigh justice center with some of their close friends and family in attendance followed by an after party at the AVA rooftop in Cary, then PBR to learn line dancing and bullriding! Immediately, I was sold and pretty sure they were too.

We started the day off with a sweet moment at the Raleigh capital for a first look and personal vows that Olivia and Artem wrote to each other, followed by some couples portraits around the Capital. We then headed to the Wake County Courthouse snagging some photos along the way. We met up with all their friends and family at the courthouse, went in, did the shindig, and they had quite the exit!

We then headed to the AVA rooftop in Cary for a small little reception. We had some cake, champagne, and followed by a few speeches from loved ones. We then had a speech from the couple talking about the day, and how they met at a college function– Artem’s uber got into a fender bender, he had to jog the rest of the way so he didn’t miss the party bus (a very college story)! After we had a few laughs and some tears we then headed down to the PBR in Cary for some line dancing and some epic bull riding! It was quite the day!
