When I met with Laura and Anthony about their day I could tell it was going to be a super special intimate moment in their lives. Just a few of their favorite people, a simple courthouse ceremony, and a constant inclusion of those too far to be physically present. Laura FaceTimed her mom both before and after their vows to share the joy of this day!
Something I love about the Wake County Courthouse elopements is everyone cheers when the couples come out married. After the courthouse the couple just enjoyed being present with one another on the walk back to the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Raleigh. Laura and Anthony were quite naturals in front of the camera. Once we finished up with portraits there we headed to Luna Cafe where Laura and Anthony had a private dinner with friends and family. Anthony made a special speech, and the love and happiness in their union was loud and clear all day!
